Jean Ann Fausser

Jean Ann Fausser started her career as a watercolorist and subsequently moved into fiber and mixed media art. This transition worked well with her exploration of concepts as well as her interest in fine contemporary crafts arts. She continues to explore various fiber related craft media as she develops new skills to add to her mixed media work.  She has been exploring paper making and various weaving techniques most recently.

She currently divides her time between her studio, which she shares with her cat companion, Emily, and the non-profit 108|Contemporary arts organization/gallery.

She is also a supporter of Surface Design Association, HGA, National Basket Association, Fiber Arts Now, Tulsa Artists Coalition, Tulsa Arts Alliance, Fiber Artists of Oklahoma, OVAC, Living Arts, Liggett Studio and University of Tulsa Art Department.
